Westside Jacksonville rose about 68%, from $4.44 to $7.47. It started third-lowest in the June 13 ranking and finished fourth-highest on July 20, still nearly $4 below North Jackson.
North Jackson moved from $8.79 to $11.43, or about 30%. It ranked highest on both dates even though Westside Jacksonville’s increase was more than twice as fast.

Eleven July 20 estimates finished at $7.58 or less
Clayton and East St. Louis shared the next-highest July 20 estimate at $7.58, with Westside Jacksonville just behind at $7.47. The remaining eight markets ranged from $4.70 in Los Angeles’s Mid-City market to $6.80 in New York’s Ridgewood/Glendale market.
That left North Jackson $3.85 above Clayton and East St. Louis and about 51% higher. Its price was $6.73 above Los Angeles.

Those two dates do not describe every day in between. The local estimates moved around, North Jackson has no July 9 value, and East St. Louis briefly ran above it on July 19. Changing products, varieties, packages, stores, and listing availability can move a representative shelf-price estimate.
Thirty-seven days can show a fresh comparison, not a seasonal pattern or a cause. The public series cannot say whether weather, farming, transport, promotions, or another force produced the move.
